Event Overview:

The regulatory landscape for psychotherapy in British Columbia is evolving rapidly, creating understandable uncertainty and questions among members. To support clarity, we have invited Dianne Millette, Registrar & CEO of CHCPBC, to join CCPA BC leadership for an information session focused on what is currently known, what remains unresolved, and member questions submitted to date.

This session will provide an opportunity for CHCPBC to give an overview of the College, including its governance and mandate, share context on how the current regulatory framework has developed, and discuss what is currently known about next steps as the College prepares for the future regulation of psychotherapy. The discussion will also touch on planning underway for onboarding once regulation is implemented. Our goal is to reduce confusion, correct misinformation, and foster informed dialogue.
