  • How to recognize signals of safety and danger in yourself and your clients
  • Tools to map nervous system states—Charged, Give Up, and Centered—for insight into client patterns
  • Strategies to increase your own calm, focus, and presence in session
  • Ways to help you and your clients regulate the nervous system

What you’ll gain:
  • Insight into how your body and mind respond to stress—and how this impacts clients
  • Awareness of your states—agitated, shut down, or steady—to strengthen therapeutic presence
  • Tools to regulate yourself and model safety for clients
  • Practical strategies to help clients feel supported, safe, and engaged
