Nutrition Therapy explores the non-food-related ways we can impact our health and nutritional status. It looks into the HOW, WHEN, and WHY we eat, rather than what we eat. It has been known to be just as powerful, if not more powerful than changing your food plan.

Stress and digestion, eating speed and rhythm, and how our thoughts and emotions affect our eating patterns are all covered in this webinar. There will also be time for questions and answers, as this topic often brings up many.
