In 2015, CCPA initiated a study to operationalize the definition of a “qualified” and “competent” supervisor as a specialty area of practice under the umbrella of the counselling and psychotherapy profession. The framework developed established a collective understanding of what constitutes qualified and competent clinical supervision. The framework needs to be updated as supervision has become more central to our practice over the past 10 years.

During this session, Michele and Blythe will review the framework and have you work in small groups to add ideas to the assigned section. You are the experts in the field and we need your expertise!

This will be an online event, will not be recorded and eligible for 1.5 CEC's.
