Description - 

An introduction to Walk & Talk Therapy.  In this webinar we will define Walk & Talk therapy and talk about how and why so many therapists are choosing to incorporate outdoor sessions into their therapy practices. We will explore some of the research behind this model and the potential benefits that exposure to nature can bring to both clients and therapists. This webinar does not offer certification in walk and talk therapy but provides participants with an overview and introduction to this model of therapy..

Presenter Bio - 

Cree works as a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Teacher in her private practice in Southern Ontario. Since 2017, Cree has developed and facilitated a Walk & Talk program for clients and therapists. Cree has a strong background in eco-therapy and enjoys incorporating nature into her therapeutic process.  Cree serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University.
