Join the National Capital Region Chapter for the Exploring Life Goals and Making Change Happen Workshop!

November 9, 2024

Saint Paul University
223 Main Street Ottawa, ON
Room G1130

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Workshop Overview: A passion for growth inspired many of us to take the leap to become mental health professionals. We have dedicated our lives to helping our clients grow and change. Yet, it is often hard to find the time and space to think about your own growth - both personally and professionally.

This positive psychology-inspired event provides a safe space for you to:

  • Refine your goals,
  • Reflect on big or small changes that you’d like to make in your life, and/or
  • Think about ‘what’s next’ at work and/or in your personal life.

Our day will be informed by research about happiness, life meaning, resilience, and change. This experiential workshop offers lecture, personal tools for growth and change, and the opportunity to share with others who ‘get it’.

So what would you like to focus on? Growth and change can include a whole range of things -  wanting to feel inspired again… improving your relationships...building your self-confidence… getting motivated to live healthier …. wanting to grow a private practice… learning new skills.

It’s up to you!
