This webinar focuses on the need for individual’s to be mindfully aware of the of the everyday pressures and stress that blur the boundaries of our lives, work, relationships, and 1,001 things that demand our attention leading to burnout. By minding our lives through creating awareness, intentional habits and boundaries we can develop greater emotional balance and intentional engagement.

The Presenter:

Brandon McElhaney has been a licensed counsellor since 2010. He graduated from the Geneva College with his Masters in Mental Health Counselling. He currently works for NORCARE, Inc. with foster children and families and also holds a private counselling practice (Deep Waters Counselling) where he works with individuals and couples to help them achieve holistic healing in their daily lives.
