Meet Your Presenter:

Bryn lived for years as a sensitive perfectionist with anxiety coursing through my veins and through finding the somatic work of Core Energetics she began to find the root cause of why she’s so anxious and take steps to drastically reduce her suffering.

She works with artists, healers and entrepreneurs in her private Core Energetics practice and runs the Advanced Somatics Certification for therapists and other mental health professionals and is a member of the faculty of the Montreal Institute of Core Energetics.
