Workshop summary:

This workshop will teach Jeffrey Young's Schema Focused a Therapy. It will focus both on understanding the significance of this therapy in working with couples and individuals, and will also provide practical application of it. There'll be both didactic and experiential training provided throughout the day. Participants will learn how to apply this therapy to their own clients. They will have a clear understanding of the relevance of this model both for individuals and couples and how to apply it to both.
