While there exists a wealth of literature examining the detrimental effects of financial stress on both physical and mental well-being, there remains a significant gap in our understanding of how individuals leverage their spending behaviors to fulfill their psychological and emotional needs.

This online, hour-long workshop will offer an opportunity to share and reflect on the psychology of spending and the intricate connection between spending habits and emotional health. Facilitated by an experienced presenter, attendees will not only have the chance to share their experiences but also receive invaluable guidance, equipping them with practical strategies and tools in their practice.
