Jungian Approaches to Mind, Self, and Healing

May 07, 2025
10 am - 1 pm PT / 11 am - 2 pm MT / 1 pm - 4 pm ET / 2 pm - 5 pm AT
Online

Event Overview:

In this seminar, participants will learn the fundamental concepts of Jungian thought and how to work with dreams and images supported by clinical cases. The focus will be on how day and night dreaming has helpful and healing messages and properties. I will apply recent practical research from neuroscience highlighting the importance of daydreaming and dreams during sleep, showing how they act as nocturnal doctors supporting our health and wholeness. The dream hosts unconscious content through symbols, images, and emotions. These images may provide wisdom, balance, creativity, and possibly healing. The unconscious content is sometimes presented in a language your conscious mind can read and understand. It is as if the unconscious sends you nightly letters through dreams to be read by your waking conscious self. Dream interpretation or dream reading is the main subject of this practical introduction, focusing on understanding dreams through a Jungian approach.

Objectives - The agenda for the seminar will welcome participants to dialogue and practice with dreams and images:
